About the Core Tune-Up

​

​Loosen creaky joints and and calm cranky muscles with core exercises that protect your spine and alleviate chronic pain from poor posture and faulty movement habits.

 

These easy and practical kinesiology-based routines to align the bones, activate core muscles, and take your major joints through a range of motion in all three planes.

You’ll learn about science of movement while re-educating both your body and mind.

Great for anyone who wants to activate the core muscles  for better posture,  pain relief, and core support. Geared to active seniors, dancers, massage therapists, and movement educators of any kind.

TIPS FOR YOUR ZOOM SETUP

You will need a space at least 8 by 8 ft. to move in, with either a soft carpet or exercise mat to lie on. Wear loose, comfortable clothes to move in.

​

Have a chair to sit on, ideally with a horizontal seat for seated exercises. Kitchen chairs work great. You also need the chair to hold on to for balance during some of the standing exercises.    â€‹
 

If you want privacy during the session, turn your camera off. During at least 10 minutes of each session, I have you lie on the floor and watch you so I can give each person some feedback. If you want feedback, make sure you can easily reposition your camera during the transitions.

I will ask you to pin me during the exercises so you can see me to follow along. I recommend if your new to zoom, log on 10 minutes early to make sure your camara and microphone work.
