Round Two of Blossoms and Scents at Jotipa
The sweet, luscious scent of the Russian Olive tree's tiny yellow flowers wafts through the spring air in Colorado. Although this prolific tree is banned in Boulder County as a noxious weed, it's still my favorite spring scent.
Another one of my favorite spring scents comes from the creamy white flowers of privet bushes, which emit waves of thick perfume at intervals throughout the day. Boxed privet hedges are classic feature of the traditional English garden.
