About your zoom setup
You will need a space at least 8 by 8 ft. to move in, with either a soft carpet or exercise mat to lie on. Wear loose, comfortable clothes to move in.
Have a chair to sit on, ideally with a horizontal seat for seated exercises. Kitchen chairs work great. You also need the chair to hold on to for balance during some of the standing exercises.
During at least 10 minutes of each session, I have you lie on the floor and watch you so I can give each person some feedback. If you want feedback, make sure you can easily reposition your camera during the transitions.
I will ask you to pin me during the exercises so you can see me to follow along. I recommend if your new to zoom, to log on 10 minutes early to make sure your camara and microphone work.
